1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS (EULA)

1.1. LICENSE GRANT

TYPING BANDHU ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for a single device unless otherwise specified.

1.2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright) of TYPING BANDHU.

1.3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of TYPING BANDHU.

1.4. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

TYPING BANDHU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. DATA STORAGE

We respect your privacy. This application is designed to operate locally on your device. All typing progress, history, and settings are stored locally on your hard drive. We do not upload your personal typing data to any cloud server.

2.2. ACTIVATION DATA

To prevent piracy and verify your license, the application generates a unique Hardware ID based on your system components. This ID and your Product ID are used solely for the purpose of license activation and validation. No personally identifiable information (PII) like photos, contacts, or documents is accessed or transmitted.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, TYPING BANDHU expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall TYPING BANDHU be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application).

5. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales of license keys, activation codes, or digital products are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a license key has been issued or sent to the customer. Please test the trial version thoroughly before purchasing.

6. TERMINATION

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or TYPING BANDHU. TYPING BANDHU may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
